The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on our website joblot-trophies.co.uk. The use of this website indicates your acceptance to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights and we will treat each order as an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Prices and Payment

All the prices displayed on our website are in British pounds and include VAT, but do not include delivery charges. These will be displayed and payable at the checkout. We reserve the right to make price adjustments at any time, depending on changes of any taxes or duties, any supplier price increase, or due to any errors or typographical mistakes, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will get in touch and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Maestro and VISA. At the checkout you will be required to provide us with your exact billing information, the same that your bank has on file for you.

Order Processing and Confirmation

After submitting your online order, an automatic email will be sent to you to confirm your order. Orders will only be processed after we receive a full payment. We aim to complete orders within 7 working days after confirmation and payment receipt. Depending on how complicated required engraving design is, sometimes we may have to take a little bit of extra time to complete the job. In that case, we will contact you personally and advise an estimated delivery date. Please note, if you require more complex artwork, the processing time might be 7+ days after the final proof and payment has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Availability of Goods

The availability of goods on our website is not live and is there for indication purposes only. If we are unable to supply the requested goods for whatever reason, you will not be charged, or you will get a refund if you already paid for unavailable goods. In many occasions we are able to offer a similar alternative to requested unavailable goods, we will contact you with the best solution whenever possible.

Description of Goods

All sizes, images, descriptions and specifications on our website are provided to give you an approximate description of the goods and we cannot guarantee a perfect accuracy.

Damaged or Missing Goods

It will be your responsibility to inspect the goods and sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the couriers delivery consignment note on the day of delivery. Any shortages must be reported within 7 days from delivery. If the goods you received are not what you have ordered, they also must be reported within 7 days from delivery. Before we accept any claims of damage, we will require a photo evidence, so it could be used to proceed with your claim and to pursue a counter claim against the courier company if the goods have been damaged in transit. In the event of goods lost in transit, we will not accept liability, unless it has been reported within 10 days from the expected delivery date.


We try to accommodate your engraving requests to the best of our ability, however there may be occasions where the layout or size of your engraving has to be changed slightly in order to suit the product being engraved. Please ensure that you provide your correct details, so that we can contact you to discuss any such alterations before we proceed with your order.


We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether Terms and Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any changes, then you must immediately stop using the website.
