If, for whatever reason, you've changed your mind and decided that you no longer need the goods, you can return them within 10 working days, starting from the date after the day of delivery. It is your responsibility to return the goods in pristine condition, in original packaging and boxes for a refund. This applies to non personalised items only. It is also your responsibility to arrange a collection and cover any shipping costs. We recommend to use a reputable traceable courier service or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are well packaged to prevent damage in transit. If it does happen, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing any damaged items from any refund, if we have not been notified beforehand.
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods and sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the couriers delivery consignment note on the day of delivery. Any shortages must be reported within 7 days from delivery. If the goods you received are not what you have ordered, they also must be reported within 7 days from delivery.
Before we accept any claims of damage in transit, we will require a photo evidence, so it could be used to proceed with your claim and to pursue a counter claim against the courier company if the goods have been damaged in transit. The cost of engraving will not be refunded when returning damaged personalised items.
In the event of goods lost in transit, we will not accept liability, unless it has been reported within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
